Environmental Design Solutions (EDS) presented the Building Energy Efficiency Program (BEEP) Inventory Development Tool prepared at the EESL Regional Manager Workshop held in New Delhi. The BEEP tool, developed under the MAITREE program, supports digitalization of design processes of Building Energy Efficiency Program projects. The tool enables EESL teams to quickly benchmark energy use in projects, analyze financial feasibility and automates development of Energy Performance Contracts. It also helps EESL in developing a repository of characteristics and energy use patterns of its projects and energy savings achieved through the retrofits. BEEP tool is part of a broader effort to digitize and optimize business processes for scaling up BEEP.

BEEP Handbook, explaining ESCO models, energy efficient technologies offered through BEEP and the retrofit process was also launched during the workshop by Mr. Saurabh Kumar, Managing Director, EESL.
