Unnati is an office building for the heavy machineries and construction equipment company – GAINWELL CAT located in Delhi. The building design is an example of how climate responsive architecture is integral in achieving energy efficiency in a composite climate. It is also the 1st building in Asia and 7th in the world to receive Platinum certification under LEEDv4 BD+C rating system.
