A tour of Godrej Plant 13 at Mumbai was organized on August 9, 2019.
The tour received 30 participants including those from Pgp Architects, P.G. Patki, Essteam, Academy of Architecture, Vikalp, K Raheja Corp, Precihole Machine Tools, Bharati Vidyapeeth College of Architecture, Aditya College of Architecture, Scube Solutions, DY Patil College of Architecture Lohegao, Burns and McDonnell India, Sinhgad College of Architecture, Centre for Environment Education and B.V.C.O.A.
The Building was retrofitted to achieve the net zero energy status and it is the first IGBC Net Zero Energy certified project.
