Renewable energy (RE) is integral to achieve Net Zero Energy target in buildings. Currently, India is witnessing a rapid expansion in its RE sector, with large-scale adoption of mature technologies, especially solar PV and wind, falling costs and proactive policy measures.

This webinar hosted Mr.Dhruva Ballal- Counsellor at CII, who is a part of the Renewable Energy division at CII-Sohrabji Godrej Green Business Centre in Hyderabad. The webinar focused on the market scenario of RE in India, policy framework, technologies (mainly solar PV) and various business models. Interesting case studies on RE implementation for NZEB projects were also discussed.
